Job Description

Join our team as a Right-of-Way Worker and play a pivotal role in overseeing public and private property rights for transportation and utility uses. You'll assess and manage risks while coordinating activities with various stakeholders, ensuring effective operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with landowners and local authorities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on right-of-way progress.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on right-of-way management.
  • Utilise GIS software to document right-of-way assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with surveyors and engineers to secure land rights.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Land Surveying is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in right-of-way management or surveying
