Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our forward-thinking team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing and improving production processes to enhance operational efficiency. A strong background in industrial engineering principles is essential.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new technologies to improve production quality.
• Assist in developing layout plans for efficient production flow.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes.
• Coordinate with procurement to manage industrial supplies and inventory.
• Ensure effective communication across departments to foster collaboration.
• Implement change management processes for new initiatives.
• Document engineering processes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
