Job Description

As a Clinical Trials Project Lead, you will oversee all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing project timelines. Your expertise will guide our teams in designing and implementing successful clinical studies, ultimately contributing to groundbreaking healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive project planning and implementation of clinical trials.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing clinical research.
  • Act as primary contact for all external vendors and stakeholders.
  • Develop project timelines and milestones to monitor progress.
  • Conduct quality assurance of study documentation and processes.
  • Facilitate communication across various departments to ensure alignment.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with clinical trials.
  • Compile and present updates to senior management regarding project status.
  • Utilize data analysis to drive decision-making on trial progression.
  • Mentor junior staff members and promote professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) is desirable
Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years in clinical research settings, with leadership experience preferred
