Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager who can cultivate strong client relationships and drive sales in Southampton. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management and a knack for identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Drive sales growth through relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Assist clients in the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales-driven role
