Sandblaster Paint Sprayer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Sandblaster Paint Sprayer to prepare and finish metal surfaces to ensure they meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with sandblasting and spray painting techniques, committed to both safety and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting equipment and spray painting tools effectively.
• Conduct quality checks on finished surfaces to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Adjust equipment settings to achieve desired paint thickness and finish.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous training to enhance skills and knowledge about new techniques.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management of paint and sandblasting supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further qualifications in manufacturing are desirable

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience focusing on sandblasting and painting.
