Interior Designer

Job Description

As an Interior Designer at Creative Spaces Ltd., you will be responsible for designing, drawing, and overseeing the implementation of interior spaces. We are looking for someone who can provide creative solutions, adhere to client briefs, and ensure the efficiency of each project from conception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Draft and refine technical drawings using CAD software.
• Advise clients on design options, materials, and furnishings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Organise client meetings to gather feedback and present designs.
• Compile project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in design competitions and networking events.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of professional interior design experience

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

• RICS Membership (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
