Job Description

As a Systems Software Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software systems that support our organization’s operations. You will work closely with our IT team and stakeholders to identify requirements and create robust solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing protocols and procedures to validate software functionality.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or the IT team.
• Conduct performance assessments and recommend improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to enhance software development processes.
• Participate in project planning meetings to align software development with business objectives.
• Prepare user manuals and technical documentation for software systems.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist in the training of new team members on software systems and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in software development is required.
