We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and have excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports for management.
• Implement efficient accounting practices and technologies.
• Assist clients with financial planning and strategy.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Participate in financial audits and compliance reviews.
• Review financial data for accuracy and completeness.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of professional accounting experience

• CIMA Certification
