We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our robust team in Manchester. The successful candidate will analyse financial data to aid in strategic decision-making and help drive business growth. You will be responsible for preparing reports, forecasting budgets, and providing insights to improve financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and reports for management review.
• Create and refine financial forecasting models to predict revenue and expenses.
• Collaborate with teams across the organisation to align financial strategies.
• Evaluate costs and benefits of investment opportunities and project initiatives.
• Develop financial performance dashboards to present to stakeholders.
• Assist in the management of financial planning tools and software.
• Conduct market research to inform financial planning and strategy.
• Work with external auditors to facilitate audit processes.
• Engage in continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting methodologies.
• Advise on best practices for financial management and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Master's degree in Financial Analysis is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst position or equivalent
