Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programmes that facilitate effective learning for our software development teams. You will work closely with various departments to assess training needs and enhance team performance through tailored learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have the necessary training.
• Create and maintain a training calendar and budget.
• Implement e-learning solutions to promote self-paced learning.
• Guide and support line managers in identifying development opportunities for their teams.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote training initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for employee engagement through training.
• Promote and champion diversity and inclusion through training programmes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Relevant certifications in training methodologies preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training or development
