Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with product returns and warranty claims.
  • Monitor and manage customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A degree in Communications or Business is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years in a customer service or support role
