Job Description

As a Poultry Picking Machine Tender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of poultry picking machines. Your responsibilities will include setting up the machines, monitoring their performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate poultry picking machinery as per established guidelines.
• Carry out routine and preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Observe operational performance and rectify mechanical faults.
• Stay informed of health and safety guidelines to mitigate risks during operations.
• Ensure all products meet quality control standards before dispatch.
• Keep records of machine output and monitor efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Disinfect and hygienically maintain work areas and machinery.
• Promptly report equipment failures or hazards to supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in machine operation is a plus

Experience

• Experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing is advantageous.

Technical Skills
