Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and collaborate on cross-disciplinary projects.
• Enhance existing mechanical systems and propose upgrades.
• Create technical documentation for maintenance and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with external partners and clients on engineering projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role
