Job Description
The Lime Filter Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining lime filtering equipment to ensure our products meet rigorous quality standards. This role demands keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of chemical processes.
Responsibilities
Operate lime filtering systems effectively.
Ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.
Conduct regular checks on filtration outputs and quality.
Maintain accurate logs of production metrics.
Engage in team meetings to drive performance improvements.
Assist in training new operators as required.
Document maintenance and repair activities.
Respond to operational challenges and recommend solutions.
Stay updated on best practices in chemical manufacturing.
Support the implementation of new technologies and processes.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in Chemical Processing or relevant technical discipline preferred
Experience
2+ years experience in the chemical manufacturing field
