Job Description

As a UX Designer at Creative Minds Ltd., you will have the opportunity to develop intuitive user experiences. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes, and ensuring our designs meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define project scopes.
• Create A/B testing plans to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Work alongside marketing to ensure user experience matches brand messaging.
• Utilise analytics tools to measure user engagement and satisfaction.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Lead design critiques to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• User Experience Design certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in UX/UI design, preferably in a collaborative team environment

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation Certification
• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
