Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in early childhood education and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities and learning experiences for children.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the holistic development of each child.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents or guardians.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement the curriculum.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behaviour.
  • Encourage children's natural curiosity and a love for learning.

Requirements

Education
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education or equivalent
Experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
