Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in early childhood education and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities and learning experiences for children.
Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the holistic development of each child.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents or guardians.
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement the curriculum.
Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behaviour.
Encourage children's natural curiosity and a love for learning.
Requirements
Education
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education or equivalent
Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
