Job Description

The Direct Sales Coach will be responsible for coaching and training sales teams in direct selling techniques to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group coaching sessions with sales representatives.
  • Develop tailored training programs to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Analyse sales data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business or related field is preferred
