Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring safe and effective medication management for our patients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and educate patients on effective medication use.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct medication reviews and provide therapeutic recommendations.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the pharmacy's operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and education.
  • Advocate for patients’ medication needs within the healthcare system.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve any medication-related issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy
  • Additional certifications in clinical pharmacy preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
