Job Description

As an Air Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for managing and directing air traffic within assigned airspace, ensuring the safe and efficient flow of aircraft operations in accordance with established guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and direct multiple aircraft simultaneously in a busy airspace.
  • Utilize radar systems to track aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Facilitate clear communication with pilots and ground crew to maintain operational flow.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with air traffic management decisions.
  • Engage in regular training exercises to enhance skills and stay current with technological advancements.
  • Document all communications and decisions made during shifts for regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a primary point of contact during emergency situations, employing quick decision-making skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Air Traffic Management is preferred
Experience
  • Experience working in busy airspace or international operations is advantageous.
