Responsibilities

• Support and maintain healthcare informatics systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Analyse end-user feedback to improve system functionality.
• Develop and implement innovative informatics solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
• Provide end-user training and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in informatics application support and development
