Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Development Coordinator to assist in planning and executing key projects in drug development. You will collaborate with scientists and regulatory teams to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently while meeting the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to align project goals.
  • Track project progress and report on timelines, costs, and outcomes.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete and accessible.
  • Support the preparation of regulatory submissions and documentation.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members as required.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and encourage team engagement.
  • Identify best practices and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Respond to queries from stakeholders and provide project updates.
  • Support external collaborations and partnerships as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development or project management
