Job Description

We're seeking an IT Support Technician to enhance our support services in Glasgow. In this position, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring that all IT operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve issues related to networking, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Provide remote support for users unable to come to the office.
  • Assist in implementing IT projects and updates.
  • Ensure data security measures are upheld across systems.
  • Participate in inventory management for hardware and software.
  • Create user accounts and permissions as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
