Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally.
Resolve issues related to networking, printers, and mobile devices.
Provide remote support for users unable to come to the office.
Assist in implementing IT projects and updates.
Ensure data security measures are upheld across systems.
Participate in inventory management for hardware and software.
Create user accounts and permissions as necessary.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus
