Job Description

As a Watch Caser at Timekeepers Ltd., your main role will be to meticulously case watches to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will be responsible for the correct packaging of watches before dispatch, contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance on casing tools and equipment.
• Training new team members on casing procedures and quality standards.
• Documenting production processes and quality control measures.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Developing methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in luxury watch casing preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in watch casing or luxury watch production.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of watch brands and their casing requirements
• Experience with automatic and mechanical watches

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of automated watch mechanisms: Knowledge of the internal workings of automatic watches.
• Proficiency in quality control processes: Experience with inspection and quality assurance in watch production.
