Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cigar Binder to join our team. As a Cigar Binder, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper wrapping and binding of tobacco leaves to create high-quality cigars. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the cigar making process.

Responsibilities

• Select and prepare premium tobacco leaves for binding.
• Ensure the integrity of the cigar construction process.
• Implement quality checks throughout the production line.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
• Documentation of production and quality metrics.
• Participate in production planning meetings.
• Mentor junior staff in binding techniques.
• Adapt to evolving production needs and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training or apprenticeship in cigar making is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years' experience in cigar production preferred
