Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Writer to create clear and engaging documentation, manuals, and online help for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a flair for transforming complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Design documentation templates that enhance user readability.
• Participate in product development meetings to contribute documentation insights.
• Ensure technical accuracy in all documentation produced.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Monitor industry trends to incorporate best practices into documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new employees by providing necessary instructions and manuals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in producing technical documentation

Technical Skills

• Documentation Tools (e.g. MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker)
• Graphic Design

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Professional Technical Writer Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Visual Communication Tools: Understanding of how to use infographics and visual aids to enhance documentation.
• Experience with User Experience (UX) Research: Experience in conducting user research to improve documentation effectiveness.
