Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scan Coordinator who will manage and implement scanning projects across various departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness. The successful candidate will work closely with team members to coordinate priorities and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage scanning staff and workflow.
  • Perform data entry and verification of scanned documents.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for new technology.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data handling.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot scanning equipment issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in document scanning and management.
