Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer based in Cardiff, you will lead the design and analysis of electrical systems for a variety of projects. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design projects from concept to implementation.
• Mentor and train junior engineers in best practices and technical skills.
• Regularly review and ensure project compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar engineering role with project experience

• PLC Programming

Certifications

• Electrical Installation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with energy management systems: Knowledge in the operation and design of energy management systems.
