Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Online Educator to join our remote team. In this role, you will develop engaging online courses and facilitate learning experiences that inspire students. Ideal candidates will have experience in online teaching and a strong ability to connect with learners in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and educational materials for online courses.
• Lead live online instruction and facilitate asynchronous learning.
• Assess student work and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to ensure high-quality content.
• Analyze student performance data to enhance instructional methods.
• Incorporate multimedia and digital tools to engage learners.
• Maintain open lines of communication with students and parents.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
• Master's degree in Education or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in online education or instructional design

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with project management software: Experience using software like Trello or Asana for project coordination.
