Responsibilities

  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address project challenges.
  • Encourage continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback.
  • Oversee the performance of team members and provide necessary guidance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
