Job Description

As a Billing and Posting Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate cash collections and managing all cash payment transactions during deliveries. Your responsibilities will involve effective communication with customers and internal departments to facilitate optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Create weekly financial reports of cash collected.
  • Assist in preparing monthly closing statements.
  • Implement best practices in cash handling procedures.
  • Train and support new staff in cash collection procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with internal audits and controls.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or finance (preferred)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

  • GPS Tracking Software
