Job Description

We are seeking an Exceptional Needs Teacher to join our dedicated team. As a teacher for special education, you will design, develop, and deliver tailored programmes to meet the unique needs of students with emotional, physical, or learning challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and teach lessons that cater to students' special educational needs.
  • Work closely with therapists to implement holistic education approaches.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to students.
  • Engage with external agencies for additional resources and support.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on special education.
  • Facilitate smooth communication with parents regarding student welfare.
  • Initial screening and assessment of students' capabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Special Education Certification preferred
Experience
  • Experience working with children with learning difficulties.
