Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and friendly Passenger Attendant to maintain our luxurious bath facilities and provide exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a strong attention to detail, ensuring cleanliness, and providing a warm welcome to every visitor. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine cleaning of bath areas, ensuring a sparkling environment for guests.
  • Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback on their experience and service.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Support colleagues in housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out in the bath area if required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in high-end hospitality settings is advantageous.
