We are searching for a skilled Gem and Diamond Worker to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for cutting and shaping rough diamonds into polished masterpieces. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing diamond cutting machines for shaping gemstones.
• Conducting inspections to verify quality and precision of the finishes.
• Ensuring adherence to customer specifications and satisfaction.
• Organizing inventory processes for both rough and finished diamonds.
• Collaborating in a team environment to share techniques and practices.
• Providing mentorship and training to new apprentices within the workshop.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Gemology or relevant field
• Certification from a recognized gemological institute is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in diamond cutting and shaping
