Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage our logistics operations in Cambridge. Your role will involve enhancing efficiency in our warehousing processes and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining impeccable inventory records.
Responsibilities
Lead the team in daily logistics operations and optimize workflow.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
Collaborate with suppliers and transporters to enhance service levels.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure all staff comply.
Assist in designing and implementing warehouse management systems.
Monitor performance metrics and report on warehouse efficiency.
Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Provide support during peak operational times.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience
4+ years of relevant experience in warehouse management
