Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Collaborative and hands-on, you will work closely with developers and product managers, creating testing plans, performing manual and automated testing, and helping streamline our quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and cases based on business requirements and design specifications.
• Conduct performance and stress testing to ensure system stability under load.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure quality during the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and enhance existing testing procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Identify potential risks and proactively address issues before they escalate.
• Assist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing.
• Provide feedback and facilitate solutions for software functionality improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in a relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance testing involving both manual and automated processes

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

• Familiarity with DevOps practices: Experience with collaboration between development and operations teams.
