Stockers and Order Fillers

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Stockers and Order Fillers to manage inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment. Ideal candidates should possess strong organisational skills and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
• Organise and store incoming stock in designated areas.
• Prepare shipments for delivery and ensure timely dispatch.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report on any maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse space.
• Assist with returns processing and restocking items.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance workflow.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2 in Warehousing and Storage is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Inventory management software

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of health and safety regulations: Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
• Previous experience in order picking: Experience in accurately picking items for orders.
