• Collaborate with claims departments to ensure alignment on policy intent.
• Develop and modify underwriting guidelines to reflect market conditions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Insurance
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in underwriting or insurance

Technical Skills

• Underwriting Software
• Regulatory Knowledge

• Negotiation
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII)

Languages

• English: Fluent
