Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled High School Tutor to provide personalized academic guidance and support. In this role, you will work closely with students to develop tailored lesson plans, assess their learning needs, and help them excel in their studies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective tutoring strategies for varying subjects.
• Evaluate student progress and adapt instructional approaches as necessary.
• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment to encourage student growth.
• Assist in developing resources that facilitate student learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Provide mentorship to students, offering advice and support.
• Engage with families to ensure a collaborative approach to student education.
• Stay informed about educational technologies and incorporate them effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or relevant field is preferred
• Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is required

Experience

• Experience working with students preparing for GCSE and A-Level exams is highly desirable.
