Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will lead a proactive team to reach set sales targets and foster an environment of high performance. Your strategic thinking and effective relationship management will drive revenue growth across our innovative product lines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a dynamic inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strategically develop sales plans tailored to specific customer segments.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Review market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients to grow the customer base.
  • Manage weekly sales meetings and ensure the team is engaged and motivated.
  • Identify and resolve any operational challenges that inhibit performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales management or a similar position
