Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements through various methods.
• Develop high-quality mockups and prototypes.
• Create design systems to maintain consistency and improve efficiency.
• Foster a user-centered design process through continuous testing and iterations.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure branding guidelines are met in all designs.
• Utilise analytics to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and design critiques.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Support the development team during implementation to ensure design fidelity.
• Engage with users during testing phases to gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Relevant certifications in UX/UI design are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a UI/UX role

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
