Job Description

Join our passionate team as a Pharmacist in Manchester! You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring medication safety and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct medication reviews for patients to ensure optimal therapy.
  • Advise patients on lifestyle changes to improve health.
  • Implement pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the management of chronic diseases through medication therapy management.
  • Participate in community health initiatives.
  • Provide immunizations and other health services as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
  • Document all patient consultations accurately.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
