Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online strategy in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will develop and implement tactics to drive sales and enhance user experiences across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate e-commerce growth strategies and measure success.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts to boost visibility and sales.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of product information.
  • Manage inventory and fulfilment processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the shopping experience.
  • Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in e-commerce best practices.
  • Work with analytics tools to provide insights on customer behaviour.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and online campaigns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce roles
