Job Description

Our veterinary clinic is seeking a dedicated Animal Care Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional care for pets. This role requires a proactive approach to managing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and client service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise animal care operations while promoting a culture of empathy and respect.
  • Ensure all animals are handled safely and humanely.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve clinic goals.
  • Assist in emergency situations and provide support to veterinarians.
  • Prepare reports on animal care statistics and staff performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for the animal care team.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Nursing
  • Further qualifications in management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in animal care with supervisory experience.
