Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality. Your expertise will lead our team to provide customers with an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations ensuring high standards of food and service.
  • Assess and report on restaurant performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and revenue plans.
  • Train, motivate, and lead the team to reach their full potential.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the design and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Manage guest feedback and implement necessary improvements.
  • Supervise inventory control and order supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the dining experience.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
