Job Description

We are on the hunt for a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for driving user experience initiatives, enhancing the usability and accessibility of our products. Your main goal will be to ensure our applications are user-friendly while meeting business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create engaging interfaces that delight users.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry benchmarks.
  • Translate complex requirements into simple and elegant designs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align user experience.
  • Mentor junior designers and lead design workshops.
  • Document and present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design or a related field
