We are seeking a Tax Strategy Analyst to join our Plymouth office. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative tax strategies while ensuring compliance with current regulations. This role involves in-depth analysis, strategic planning, and collaboration with diverse teams to drive tax efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Utilize analytical skills to assess tax data and derive actionable insights.
• Develop relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and concerns.
• Stay updated on UK tax laws and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on tax-related matters.
• Collaborate with external advisors to enhance service offerings.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align tax strategies with client goals.
• Lead projects aimed at improving tax processes and systems.
• Review and analyze tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and present findings to management and clients.
• Ensure timely submission of all tax-related documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tax consultancy or related fields
