Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills and a keen eye for detail, translating concepts into captivating designs across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead graphic design projects from conception through to final output.
• Create eye-catching designs that convey brand messages effectively.
• Coordinate with printers and external vendors for design execution.
• Provide innovative design solutions to meet client's marketing goals.
• Manage and prioritize design requests efficiently.
• Review final designs and ensure they are printed to the highest quality.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance design skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional design experience

Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• InDesign

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Graphic Design Certification from a recognised institution

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles: Understanding of user experience and user interface design principles.
• Experience with motion graphics: Ability to create engaging animations and video content.
