We are on the lookout for a skilled Felt Carbonizer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining carbonization equipment to produce high-quality carbonized felt. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced carbonization machinery to produce carbon felt.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards.

• Conduct equipment checks and maintain necessary logs.
• Participate in training programmes for new equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical vocational training or certification in a related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing and with carbonization processes.
