Ferris Wheel Attendant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Ferris Wheel Attendant to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests. The successful candidate will operate the ride, assist guests with boarding and disembarking, enforce safety protocols, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide instructions for a safe ride.
• Conduct pre-ride safety checks before opening.
• Listen to guest feedback and improve ride experience.
• Supervise the queue and manage guest flow effectively.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding any issues with the ride.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and safety awareness.
• Ensure the overall tidiness of the operation area.
• Execute emergency procedures efficiently when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in amusement park rides is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

Certifications

• Valid First Aid/CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in operating amusement park rides: Preferably previous experience with Ferris wheels or similar attractions.
• Multi-language proficiency: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
