Responsibilities

• Execute network design, installation, and upgrades.
• Analyze network performance and implement improvements.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to resolve issues.
• Train client staff on networking protocols and best practices.
• Document network architecture and user manuals.
• Assist in budget preparation for network projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to safeguard networks.
• Review service level agreements and ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in network consultancy roles
